Join your fellow MBA Pierce members for the December 13, 2016 LSC meeting beginning at 3:30 pm at the MBA Pierce office (1120 Pacific Ave., Suite 301, Tacoma).  Agenda items will include, among other items:

Pierce County: Park impact fees & regulations, school impact fee schedule, MBA Pierce County policy/code proposals

Edgewood: school impact fee discussion

Orting: General facilities charges

Puyallup: Low impact development

Tacoma: Tacoma code/policy/administrative changes-MBA proposal

University Place: Public Works code amendments

Other: Growth Management Coordinating Committee, election results, Tacoma Pierce County Chamber of Commerce veteran affairs, 2017 initiatives, Interns for 2017, MBA Development Officials’ Forum meeting, Coalition meeting
