Join MBA Pierce at our Fall General Membership Meeting during Associate Appreciation Month planned by our Design Professionals Council at the Tacoma Art Museum.
There will be food, beverages and a guest-speaker presentation by local historian, Michael Sullivan of Artifacts Inc.
Register before September 7 for the discounted rate and Associate Members receive a $5 discount in honor of Associate Appreciation Month!
About the speaker:
Michael has been practicing and teaching Historic Preservation methodology in the Pacific Northwest for over 30 years. He has been at the forefront of local preservation issues, policies and projects. As Principal of Artifacts Consulting, Michael has instituted a focus on preservation policy that focuses on architectural treatments, investment tax credit strategies, and historic resources regulatory compliance. Michael has been directly involved in applications and approval of more than $100 million in tax incentive leveraged rehabilitation projects and has been an advocate for historic preservation efforts at virtually every level of activity from world heritage site issues to local landmark campaigns.
