I am a 3rd generation Real Estate Broker that is driven and goal-oriented. I am task list junky and goal setter. I set the goals of being a designated broker by the age of 25 and to be the owner of a national franchise by the age of 30- both were realized. I opened my own office with a supporting staff of more than 40 agents. Having met another goal, I soon realized that not every goal one sets is a wise choice.I decided to resume my career in new and resale home sales and marketing to your families. I chose Keller William Real Estate to be my business partner because of their ability to add the leading technology, support staff (that included 150 real estate agents in my office) and a lifestyle that believes God is first, Family is second and business is third. I believe with this mindset all three of those areas of life come into line in a much better way. I currently serve on the local MBA board, State board and several committees.

His background includes construction-focused staffing, marketing, operations support, and technology solutions, giving him a practical understanding of contractor challenges. Well connected throughout Pierce, King, and Kitsap counties, Bryan is known for his relationship-driven approach, integrity, and commitment to supporting the Pacific Northwest construction community.
