Description
Session will include a review of questions to avoid during an interview, review of best practices for interviewing and questions to solicit the information that is important to the manager to assess the ability of the candidate to perform the position. Additionally, the session will review the interview process and how to set the candidate up for a successful interview where both parties are able to fully assess if they are a good fit.
