Description
Providing effective performance feedback to employees is essential to retaining high performance team members. Many supervisors put off and even dread giving performance reviews. This session provides training on how to write and present an effective performance review in a simple yet effective manner. Instructor walks attendees through a step by step process for the review and attendees will write an evaluation during the session (creating a systemic and organic feedback process vs. annual one time.)
