We are pleased to introduce Steven Fawcett from Gordon Thomas Honeywell! Steven is a Senior associate attorney, with focus on advising and consulting employers for compliance with state and federal labor and employment laws. He will be discussing:
- Updates to the Families First Coronavirus Response Act under the newly enacted American Rescue Plan Act
- Legal requirements for mandatory/voluntary vaccination policies
- Worker's compensation requirements related to COVID-19
