We are pleased to introduce Steve Ruf from Cost Segregation Authority. Steve will share about a potentially large tax benefit for builders, building owners and real estate investors by utilizing Cost Segregation, 45L tax credits & 179D tax deductions. He will also discuss the recent tax legislation and potential changes with the new administration.
Steve has been in the Cost Segregation industry for over 15 years and has been involved in more than 5,000 Cost Segregation studies.
