Career Day is more than just booths and brochures\; it's a hands-on\, get-dirty\, life-changing event.\n\n\n\nNearly 80 percent of contractors in Washington can't find enough skilled workers for well-paying jobs. Opportunity is knocking\, but students often don't know about these careers and they won't find much online. MBA Pierce is a proud sponsor of Pierce County Career Day and will have volunteers and exhibitor space at the event. If you're a MBA member and want to participate\, please contact Sheryl Bushaw at sbushaw@mbapierce.com.\n\n\n\nCareer Day takes place at the Washington State Fairgrounds from 8:30 a.m.   1:30 p.m. on November 13th\, 2019. Students will be required to wear a hard hat provided by the event sponsors\, observe safety rules\, and wear safety glasses. Lunch will be provided. Volunteers and staff will be in attendance.
