Hans represents the communities of Puyallup\, Fife\, Midland\, Parkland\, South Hill\, Summit and Waller. Zeiger serves as ranking member of the Housing Stability & Affordability Committee and State Government\, Tribal Relations & Elections Committee. He is also a member of the Transportation Committee and Human Services\, Re-entry & Rehabilitation Committee.\nOutside of the Legislature Hans leads the Chapman Center for Citizen Leadership at the Seattle-based Discovery Institute and is an officer in the Washington Air National Guard. Hans is a member of the Kiwanis Club of Puyallup and is an Eagle Scout. Hans holds a bachelors degree from Hillsdale College and a masters in public policy from Pepperdine University. He undertook further graduate studies in political science from Claremont Graduate University. Hans is married to Erin and they have a daughter Clara. Hans also has two stepsons\, Cullen and Kannen. Hans and Erin enjoy hiking throughout Washington.\n\n\n\nPierce County Executive Bruce Dammeier\n\n\n\nA Pierce County native\, Executive Dammeier attended Curtis High School before going on to graduate with distinction from the U.S. Naval Academy and serve eight years as a Civil Engineer Corps Officer. While on active duty\, he was deployed on humanitarian relief missions in the United States and across the world. At the conclusion of his military service\, he returned to Washington State and became a dedicated community volunteer. Bruce and Lauren\, his wife of more than 35 years\, live in Puyallup. They have three grown sons.\nExecutive Dammeier has a long history of public service in Pierce County\, serving on the Puyallup School Board from 2001 to 2009\, in the State House of Representatives from 2009 to 2013\, in the State Senate from 2013 to 2017\, and as our Pierce County Executive from 2017 to the present.\n\n\nMatthew Gardner\, Chief Economist for Windermere Real Estate:\n\n\n\nAs Chief Economist for Windermere Real Estate\, Matthew Gardner is responsible for analyzing and interpreting economic data and its impact on the real estate market on both a local and national level. Matthew has over 28 years of professional experience both in the U.S. and U.K. In addition to his day-to-day responsibilities\, Matthew also sits on the Washington State Governors Council of Economic Advisors\; chairs the Board of Trustees at the Washington Center for Real Estate Research at the University of Washington\; and is an Advisory Board Member at the Runstad Center for Real Estate Studies at the University of Washington where he also lectures in real estate economics.\n\nMatthew is also one of a select number of economists who provide their housing market forecasts to Reuters for their Home Price Forecast Survey and also participates in Zillow's Home Price Expectation Survey.
